I can tell you that as well, for free.
Way 1: Start answering every newbie question in the newsgroups, at least 4 hours a day. Always write "Hope this helped" and "Happy I could help you". Use your full name. Do that for at least one year, every day. Wait for becoming a MVP. Get your PocketPC.
Way 2: Start a new badass PPC website. Post all kinds of news on it. Do that one year or longer. Wait for the PocketPCs to come in, then suddenly stop and move to a new apartment.
