Oops. Well, "A" and "I" are very close together on the keyboard.

Actually, I forgot what it was called and couldn't be bothered to look it up. It looked wrong but I was tired. So there.

uhhh... yeah. What version of pocketMVP do you have and what exact version of DIVX is it encoded with? DIVX 5.02? 5.03? Are you using 2-pass encoding? If so, did you do both passes (like, the first and THEN the second pass?)? What are the dimensions of the video? Be sure to get the newest version of PocketMVP, which is .8P, at least as of February 8th, 2003. It's pretty nice! Be sure to load the "console" skin! It's built-in to the program, just click File->Open->Skin in PocketMVP.
