The Yakuma gets 5.2FPS, it's a 200MHz XScale. The Asus clocked at 200MHz XScale gets 5.8FPS. I'd say that 5.5FPS for the H1910 is pretty much correct. Why don't you look at the benchmarks first instead of mentioning devices that don't compare in the least.

hey sigen thanks for reminding me. I meant to ask. Does either the ipaq 3955 or axim 400mhz have button lag or not allow multipress?
