The driver works fine with every game tested so far. It simply emulates the hardware controls on the PPC. For landscape games the driver can rotate the D-Pad to compensate for the game's translating the D-Pad (because it assumes it is lying on its side).

An API would be nice, but it is not absolutely necessary.

You can get a decent MadCatz controller for $10 at Wal-Mart. That is assuming you are part of the small group of people that don't already have a PS1 or PS2.

PS2 controllers are something I have many of... Think quality of PS2 lasers and hardware. lol

I have about 7 controllers.... Originally I did buy a second controller for multi then I somehow started collecting controllers... oo and 3 DDR pads. :D

There is only 1 thing that worries me about this irda interface.

I have an iPAQ 1930, and like 90% of all irda products do not work with this model, and also its one of the models that has some wierd type of irda that cant be used as a remote for like your tv.

have you tested it on the iPAQ 1930? I really like the idea, but im a bit sceptical about purchasing something from some guy on a forum. (no offense)

that coupled with there is no real specifications, no pictures, and practically no technical information scares me a little.
