How? The 730 has a square DPad, the others had a round one.

Asus hasn't used the same d-pad in different pda models yet.

A600 - diamond shapedA620 - circular
A716 - circular but boweled inside i believe
A730 - square

It is a shame that its that shape, but lets just wait for the review. You never know it might not be that bad.

According to a review that I read as soon as the pre-production version was given out for people to review, the d-pad is actually pretty good for games. Apparently it isnt "clicky" like you might find on an ipaq h4155 or h19XX, but its relatively "soft". Of course, this could be incorrect information, but if it's true, it sounds pretty good to me. A lot better than the mushy d-pad of the a620, for that matter.
