PLEASE put at least a mono-input audio jack in it! My band wants to record with my PPC but it only has a microphone! Please do this, if you really are going to give this to like some PPC OEM to tell them what you want in a perfect PPC. It would be a sinch to do! Just use the headphone jack from one of your other PPCs and solder it in with a little switch to change from using either the microphone or the audio-in jack. I could do it FOR you if you wanted! I have soldering experience.

BTW, his friend who's doing the 128MB RAM upgrade has the ability to do surface-mounting, since you have to do that in order to get 128MB, anyways! If you want like the drivers or whatever to be able to access large amounts of RAM, like 256MB or whatever, then talk to the guys over at , since they already have that ability. You'll have to mount it as another Storage Card, though, using their utility. It's really expensive to buy the upgrade, though. Like $499. No joke. But ask them if you can use their little program and see if it works for you and if you can buy it seperately, then. You should talk to them anyways, if they're open to it!

Also, it really doesn't make much difference (only a couple millimeters!) between CF1 and CF2, so you might as well shave off a little plastic or whatever so you can fit in a CF2 card. There's no difference in the interface or anything that will stop you from doing that.

Yeah. I'll be interested in seeing it IF it ever really gets built.

From the way this kid acts, I'm almost 100% sure that this is a hoax, and that he really isn't making this thing. Prolly just another cry for attention.

Well if you want to know what happen, I open up one of the hp jornada 568's and compelety striped if of it's case. I changed were the d-pad was and other shortcuts. I tried to put a bigger battery in but i think I messed up some wires and won't turn on. So i hooked it up to some double a's and the batterys were dieing every 10 mins of use. So i just started messing around with it and then i just sold my 2 hp 568's to usedhandels. With that money i bought my h1910

so it was a failure :oops:

but i had fun with it
