ogg is part of the vorbis project, a breakoff of divx... or so i think. 64kps sounds like a 128 mp3.. i use it when i convert my cds, but there is no point in converting mp3s off the net because they sound like crap when converted.
Careful, don't get crushed under the weight of my stupidity... the think hurts
