n00b needs help - Dell or Asus or Other ?

Ive been into PC's for a very long time, but it seems pocket pc's have developed right under my eyes !

I was with a m8 yesterday and he pulled out a compaq ipaq and I was amazed of how cool it was. So ive decided to splash out on one.

Ive been doing some research and found one of two pocket pc's that would suit me well, either the Dell Axim preformance, or the Asus a600.

I am trying to find a pocket pc that is cheap, but preforms very well.

I will be mostly using the pocket pc for games, music playing, and movies.

I notice that the the dell has dual expansion slots, so i could install a mem card in one, and a wireless lan card in another, since this is something that i might consider in the future, while the asus only has one expansion card. Could it take a wireless lan card ?

On the other hand the asus looks much smaller and I do plan to carry it round with me a lot. I have also heard that it is faster ?

Which do you think would be better, or does anyone recommend something else ?

Or maybe someone know's about a new model that is out soon, and I would be better saving my money.

Sorry for the length of the post - Ill shut up now

Cheers everyone

There's a thread no farther down than 10 posts comparing the very same 2 PDAs. Frankly if you can't even preform the most basic of research, you shouldn't get an answer.

I didn't know the asus had a sleeve. Hmm. I wonder if asus has a sales insentive program like hp. It would be great to get $400 off an asus.
