HELP!

somehow my pocket pc (casiopeia em500) got restarted and i have nothing on it including programs like word and excel and ie. I wasnt to know how to hard reset the pocket pc? PLease help fast

Take both batteries out and leave them out for about 30 seconds.
It should tell you how to do it properly in the manual.

what the hell? you can't lose Excel or Word, unless you replaced them with corrupt files, and even so, it's in the ram, so you can just HARD RESET (hold the reset button on back and hit power, then release the reset button. When the screen asks you to Initiazlize Memory, click YES by hitting the action butten (the scroll wheel inward) and your device should hard reset.)
