I've been to the classes and pep-rallies for .Net, and I understand the framework.
My thing is, it can't be that hard to make a flash for existing 2002 devices so that they have the CLR/JIT/FW on them. I just don't get it.

The iPaq H2200 is going to be the first of the new PocketPC OS devices. It includes a hardware button that rotates the screen on the fly and (I heard but don't believe) changes the resolution to 640x480. Features of the new OS apparently.
