Good luck. When you call you'll be put on hold for a while, and have an Indian with a thick accent answer your call. Then you have to wait 24 hours for a callback by level 2 tech support.

A tech support phone call is cheesy music and the phrase "Your call is important to us- please stay on the line..." repeated over and over again. Then, you get a weird indian guy who claims you need a different type of tech support and transfers you. Back to the cheesy music and the repeated phrase.

Then you get a guy named Chad with a self-esteem problem. After a short while, he's crying and babbling life's problems to you. You start the whole process over again, and after it all,you get another guy and you're told that you need to be put on hold. After 3 hours, then, when the guy picks up the phone, it makes the "flash" noise and your phone automatically hangs up.

By the time you call back, it's 8:00, and then you can't reach them because they're closed.

I emailed tech support, and now I am waiting for a response. They said it would come within 24 hours, and would be very detailed... any bets on when it is actually going to come?

Stop complaining, its your fault that you bought it, and its not netgears fault, its ambicon.
