8086? Where have you been? PocketDOS runs 386 games now.

PocketDOS supports 80188 and 80186 but that's it, nothing more, nothing less.

ok, NOW i am confused.

first - if this is a hoax or joke (definitely is..) then i have to say - i HATE such posts. it would be too good to be true to play pagan on the pda so i guess you MUST be joking or i will get v-e-r-y angry.

second - can anyone CONFIRM if pocket dos really supports 386? maybe there is a new beta out or something. as far as the forums of pocket dos show, they still try to implement 286.

It doesn't support 386 -- doesn't even support a 286! It doesn't do VGA either. Just CGA and MCGA. There are *some* vga games that work, but only because the graphics are close enough to mcga.

Ultima 8 won't work -- Ultima 7 won't work. You *might* be able to get ultima 6 to work though.
