I haven't searched the discussion board, so if I am repeating this, I apologize.  If you want full screen playback on your ipaq for ripped dvds, in flaskMPEG, choose the "no crop" setting. For the width, enter 352.  For the height, enter 240. Do the same in tmpgenc before converting to mpeg. The final result after you convert it to mpeg format, is absolutely no black lines on top or bottom.

Also...in tmpgenc,<br><br>I use "1:1(VGA)" for the aspect ratio, & <br>for the fps, I use "12 fps (internally 24 fps)"<br><br>It works great for me.
