If you're using as a dialup, it only uses your minutes. EVEN THOUGH IT IS A 1-800-NUMER, YOU STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR USING THE CELL TOWER, SO THE CALL TIME COUNTS AS DOMESTIC MINUTES.
