.mov to .mpg

Hey,<br>I need to transform a ".mov" video(quicktime) into a ".mpg" , so I can watch it on my PPC. I tried TMPGE and Windows Media encoder but I get error messages. well for quicktime, i believe there is a help file for how to do that on http://www.vcdhelper.com/ in fact i'm quite sure its there,as long as its the right site. You can just follow the instruuctions then,  when it gets to encoding to VCD you can ignore that and encode how you'd like. that is a reaaaaally good site, it tells how to encode to vcd from about any format including realplayer
