Could maybe resident evil 1 or 2 be done on PPC, i kno games like tombraider are on ppc, therefor coulndt RES EVIL 2 be possible (with the right amount of memory), i duno if it would be a overload for the PPC, i bet it would, but it would be cool ripping up zombies on a PPC! it might have to be toned down, but i think it could be done, lol im tired so this is just kinda random but it would be cool

Well maybe not 50 present by its just that i mean , here look . Techmages smash a skull was never boughten and yet its been warez  The fact is your not going to get that much money from a pocket pc game compaired to something like gba. The pocket pc gaming market is small and alot of them warez. Enought said.

Warez affects the PocketPC market greater than it does on regular boxed software, because you've got to download it off of the internet somewhere, and warez isn't that hard to find, especially serial numbers. So I agree that warez does have a greater effect on the PocketPC market than nearly any other software market, including Palm (since so many more people use Palm and they're "simpler" so simple people buy them).

Not to get to far of topic but like look at the sims for pc. The reason why it did so well is because it was targeted for people who normal don't use a computer for gaming so they don't any thing about warez. Gba does so well because its made for kids. It's all about who your selling your product to and most owners of pocket pc's that use it for gaming have at lest some knowledge about computers and warez.

Oh really?

http://www.nforce.nl/nfos/index.php?do=1&s=10
(note: That page is not illegal, it merely shows what's been released. Also handy for trainer releases, or if you have no clue if a game is out yet..)

I can show you dozens of people who have GBA and flash carts.. it's enough to get Nintendo to fight back against the GBA pirates. To say people avoid the PPC because of warez is the worst use of a scapegoat yet.

As for the original topic, a direct port, no. Sure someone COULD create a similar genre game, but it requires too much manpower to get it good.
