Ok, I was fooling around with the new Today PowerToy and skinning the Today screen and I came up with this: Not to great, but I'm starting to like it<br><br>As you can see I need some professional help (btw, that's not really TRUE today screen, I don't have screen capturing software so I just pasted the images I used on 999's today screen ). I have WISBar and am playing around with that, but nothing seems right. If anyone has suggestions I'm open<br>999, you could do a really kick ass today screen with your Corrado shots. Make the C in Corrado the Start Menu icon with the red shiny paint of the car as the today background. But whatever. Any ideas anyone?

This would make a good thread for everyone to post their skins. 999 I'm really anxious to see a skin from some of those shots of your Corrada. I'll post my new skin as soon as I can ... register ... SnapIt, or can paste it together in Photoshop.

Moose:<br><br>Run VirtualEM or whatever it's called for Casio, and just use an alt+printscreen to capture the window.<br><br>

Or try one of these freeware-screenshot-utilies. I think Pocketartist can do it, too, but you can't save the pics in the demo. is there a way to use the snapshot and past the image to pocketword? That should work...<br>Wait a minute, I'll give it a try!

Nope, not a chance.

<br>Here's my latest incarnation, with some WISBar functionality thrown in. It's nice and simple, but I think it does it's job quit nicely for my first real skin.<br>Sorry It's a bitmap, but that's all I can make it at the moment. Hey Moose, it's relieving to see there are other people out there that use their PPC less as a business machine, and more as a Hyper-Action Game device. I mean my iPAQ is a game device that can also do PIM is how I like to put it <br><br>

LOL, I actually deleted 2 of those 4 games on the Launch list so I could put up Pocket Artist and Excel. I've also got PocketNotepad, so now I can edit my autoexec.cfg on my device... err, and other plain text files... err.<br><br>Maybe I should do something to round the bottom of the today screen, maybe curve it to the top right so It doesn't look so 'cookie-cutter default Today-ish PPC Microsoft-ish screen'.<br><br>But really, I use my apps more than my games, it's just that there aren't many of said apps out there. Microsoft does everything so lovely in one nice package. I don't need any networking stuff or VNC, as my network, based on 7 year old equipement, has been dismantled by mich and I don't feel like putting it back together, because it's 7 years old. Anyone care to chip in on my wireless network? (any good CF Wireless network cards out there?)

I'm creating a kind of archive on my website of skins I'm making, so if you want it I'll give you the location.  Too bad I think I broke my PPC. It's a good thing I backed up all the files before I.. err, it was broken by.. err LIGHTNING! Yes, lightning. That's right. SO EH!
