.mov files

when i'm watching the spiderman trailer (.mov) it sometimes slows down a little.<br><br>i've noticed all .movs do this on my pc so i want to convert it to some other format so it runs a bit better. i found mov2avi but the links dead so any recommendations?

well.. this is what I do:<br><br>"buy" quicktime pro (all you need is the reg key to upgrade the normal version to "pro").<br><br>then you can use the file-> Export command... and export it to AVI..

Ogg Vorbis...<br><br>www.vorbis.com i think..<br><br>it's a audio codec.. better than mp3..
