Petition signing morons (waaaah!)
Posted: Jul 3, 2003 @ 6:03pmApparently a bunch of disgruntled e740 owners are demanding that Toshiba offer them an OS upgrade to Pocket PC 2003 (or MS Mobility Mo'banality or whatever they're calling their OS this year). The petitioners claim that the PXA250 processor is being held back by the operating system.
When will these people ever learn??? It's not the OS, it's the friggin hardware that's broken! That rev of the XScale chip has severe memory bandwidth problems and there is no OS that is going to solve the problem.
