I guess it technically is possible... just take your GTA CD and rip it into an ISO or a BIN, then send it on over to your PPC. I don't remember the names, but IIRC there are a couple of programs designed specifically for ripping PSX games.

There is promise of a fast PSX emu but so far its
not out yet. The iso for GTA2 for playstation is
533MB but you could rip out the music to make it smaller but then it wont be much fun. or
you could play GTA2 Gameboy with one of the gb emu.

Ripping out music makes it less fun? Right.

I still don't see this obsession with GTA. Woo, a subpar game made for shock value.

Its fun to play, especially Vice City. I don't give a shit about shock value because it doesn't shock me...

The GTA games are fun for about 10 minutes, until you realize the game is Crazy Taxi with less gameplay and more violence. Lets see, here's an average game:

1. Kill people, steal cars, and wander aimlessly around the city for fun
2. Go on a mission where you kill someone
3. Complete the mission, only to be chased by the cops, leading to a big confrontation with lots of violence
4. Go on a mission where you steal a car and either pick someone up and take them to a certain location or deliver a package to a certain location
5. Same as #3

Repeat until you want to kill yourself.

The missions are more diverse than crazy taxi...

Id pay dan 200 dollars threw paypal to give me the beta of varium right now.
Id pay the same for gta to be ported.
