Software flaws with 2210/2215 or PPC 2k3?
Posted: Aug 7, 2003 @ 10:09amHas anyone noticed any software flaws I have noticed a couple but I don't know if it is PPC 2003 the apps themself or what.
Examples
If you set Bass Boost and Treble to anything but default and do a softreset the settings visualy stay but the sound itself has been reset to default.
Nevo seems to have issues with the first button you press depending on the button for example if you press play it beams for an extended period of time (10-15 sec.) but nothing happens to the reciveing device, however if you press next chapter first the response is normal (0-1 sec.) and the reciveing device actually recives it.
ipaq file store I thought this was seperate but whatever I put there affects the other memory. I thought it might be a messed up partition drive or somthing but then again if it was connected with the flash wouldn't it reset instead of staying intact with a Hard Reset? Also is the ipaq file store part of the 64 MB and why the hell is it only 57MB somthing?
When Windows Meida Player comes out of a screen togle it does not show the indicator bars for sound or file progress. If you screen togle a movie (don't ask why you would) it will show a blank black screen until you reset. After you have entered WMP is there actually away to exit without a reset?
There are some other flaws and glitches but they will have to wait for later it is 2 a.m. and I can't think of anything else.

How do I do a Hard Reset I have tried everything even suggestions from a few weeks ago from PM members and nothing seems to work. I would just pull the backup battery but I don't want to go digging for it.
P.S. Sorry for throwing 10 questions out at once but I would really be interested in the answers to all of them.
And for the love of James Sonne please don't tell me why the indicatores don't show up or picture w/WMP it was just a fact not a question.
