Is My CF card messed up?

My CF had nothing on it except some system files that I never put up there, that I can't delete :( . And the files are are read at only 2b, 0b and one at 2.43 mbs that only gives me the option to copy it. Anyone know of a way to get those off my pocket pc, or atleast off my cf card? The file names are oEWFOL, c, and e. But that is not the reason I think my CF card might be messed up. When I go to check to see how much space I have it says that I have 61 MBs filled out of 256. Is this a registry problem? could a registry editor fix this?

Try using the Format option on Dexplor. Download the demo version if you don't have it.

Actually I bought an SD Card from Sandisk about half a year ago. It worked alright (sometimes it would mess up and I would have to format it, but no biggy).
Well, I did not use it for like a month. It was put away in its little case.
Now I want to use it in my new Digital Video Camera. Problem is, "it says card cannot be read. Format?" So I'm all, "sure" and it says format error. So I try Dexplor, no cigar. So I tried my Digital Still Camera. Nothing. And the PC. Nope.
My card is really screwed up. I emailed Sandisk the other day but did not get a reply yet.

I'm never going to mess with SD cards. Does anyone know of a pocket pc that comes with 2 cf card slots?

I've owned my 256MB SanDisk SD card for about 18 months now and haven't had a single problem with it, have never formatted it, nothing at all. I just bought a second one three months ago for my digital camera.
