hot to view animated gifs?

last time I wanted to watch a animated gif I found a freeware picture veiwer that supported it at pocketgear.com. I know there is one out there, try doing a search on google, handango and pocketgear.

PQView can do it, however he pulled the freeware version and made it shareware.
