Asus a600 problem

I've got myself an asus a600 a while ago, but had some problems with it. so far it happend only 2 times, both when I was playing games.
The first time was I think with Lemonade Inc, it would lock up on the loading screen and I couldn't do anything. I've tried to reset it with a paper clip, but even that didn't work, the Asus logo appeard on the screen, and stayed there for a few minutes, then I tryed ot reset it again, this time the image 'dimmed' after a minute or so.
Almost the same happend when I was playing Doom, but during gameplay. I think it was on level 5, but I've got past it several times, so it's somewhat random.
Both times I could get it working by pluging it into the ac adaptor, but the ram was reset and no data was left. Ofcourse I can still return/change it, but these might be random errors[$#!7 happens].
