A620BT in the UK!

Hmmm i do like this but i cant get half of the programs i used to run on my Ipaq to run on this.
Being a huge fan of PocketClive (Spectrum emulator) i'm gutted that wont work, MegaMame i couldnt get working properly either.
Anyone got any ideas ? Is it possible to go from 2003 to 2002 ??
