Microsoft Voice Command

Does anyone here have it? I'm really tempted to buy it but I'm not going to shell out $40 until I at least have some sort of opinion about it, seeing as Microsoft's online "demo" is nothing more than the same old advertising crap.

How is it different from IBM's ViaVoice for Pocket PC? I remember trying a demo of it about 1-2 years ago and not being too impressed.

If I'm in a hurry to where I would need the speed of voice activation over stylus use, I'm probably not in a location that I would or could be talking aloud. As well, if I still have the stylus in my hand when I'm using voice commands, I don't see the point.
