iPaq H1935 perhaps?
For ultimate video playing I'd suggest the Toshiba e805.

I used mine for over a year and watched tons of videos on it. If you want a ppc for watching videos then the 3800's are not the best, the screens are not very good. They are not that fast and the battery life only just makes it through a whole film.
