My experience with Dell is that they have excellent tech support. Give them a call, let them run through their little checklist over the phone, and then if it's under warranty, they'll probably replace it or send you a mailer to send it back to them, and if it's not, they'll let you know what it'll cost to get it fixed.

Dell tech support is limited to asking "is your computer plugged in?" and "please reboot".
