Type II cards are bigger, Type I cards are a little thinner. You can use type I cards in any CF slot (for example, I have a small camera that only accepts Type 1).

Posted: Feb 22, 2004 @ 10:18pmonly the newer ones are 2+, not sure if asus supports it, but people have said the newer larger capacity microdrives do work, so i'd assume it supports II+
