ASUS A620BT vs. HP iPAQ H4150

Hi,
At the moment i own a Sony Clie N760c, quite an old Palm based PDA.
I am looking at a decent PDA that will perform well but will have great expension possibilities.
From what i have read and been told, the A620BT is the fastest, but it seems to lack in quality.
The iPAQ is slightly slower in the benchmarks but it doesnt look like its that much, it also have WiFi and SD instead of CF.
I am mainly looking at using it as a PIM, but would also like to run a few SNES and the occasional PSX game on it.
I have heard that there are problems with the A620 speaker, and that the 4150 has a screen problem with it being yellowish.
What unit would you suggest?
Also, i keep seeing that all the emulators have "on-screen" buttons, since i am used to palm os, i have never seen these, why are these used, won't using them cause damage to the screen?
Are the hardware buttons inadequte?
Thanks,
Mitchell Palmer
