I have one branded by Minolta (I think its rebadged Panasonic adapter). It is Type I and the beauty of it is that the SD card fits all the way in so I can use it in my Canon digicam which has Type I CF slot.
Some of the cheaper adapters the card sticks out which is fine for readers etc but you cannot use them in something like a digicam which fully encloses the card. So consider that and also whether the adapter fits in Type I or Type II (thicker) CF slot.
