Dont think you can fix that without getting a replacement
Just sounds like a hardware error unfortunately

I seem to be really unlucky. I can't get a working Asus Mypal a620.
After a little more testing, I discovered that within about 5 minutes of playing a game sound goes really slow and pops/scratches. I played toki tori, reckless thief(whose sound begins skipping and popping right away), and gamebox solitaire. I think this may be the games fault though because it doesn't have these problems when I play mp3s.
The left button works I just have to press it down really REALLY hard to make it work.
So what should I do. Should I email you ProPortable personally?
Thanks for responding dude.
