Problems with Toshiba e740 ROM Update

My ROM is currently v618 and Im trying to update it to v623, but Im having problems. It keeps saying "The update image file does not match your PDA's model". I've tried "updating" with v618 again but get the same message. Im running WinXP-SP1 and my PDA model IS a e740
