PocketMVP can go to hell

Sometimes it plays files, and other times it makes files in my storage card. And wouldn't ya know it, it corrupts the entire card. Anyway, can someone tell me some other players that can play AVI files,not only Mpg.

Pocket DivX plays .divx (or is it .dvx?) and .avi files encoded in DivX compression, which is fairly popular.
