Speed Stepper questions

If it makes a difference, I'm using a iPAQ h1910

First, what I hope is a quick and easy question. What is the difference between 300MHz Turbo and 300MHz Run mode, besides Turbo mode not being "stickied"? I usually use one or the other but see no difference (then again, I don't have many "intensive" programs, well maybe Anthelion).

Also, a tougher question. What speed over 300MHz is relatively stable for the 1910? I have briefly tried 398 (crashed in a few minutes, needed soft reset) and 472 (crashed immediately, needed hard reset, thank God I was smart enough to back up the whole thing before trying that). Battery life isn't much of a concern because I usually overclock the 1910 when it's hooked up to the computer.

Thank you in advance!

I have a 1910. Difference between run and turbo... not quite sure, ive always used run because it is sticky. I consistently keep it overclocked at 236, because its just enough to make every nes game full speed. The highest stable speed is 333 Mhz run. I see no reason to do it, as snes is still unplayable at this speed.
