I have an A620BT, and like you, I think bluetooth is worthless. The only reason I got it is because I got a good deal on it ($250). I do use the extra 32 MB of ROM, in fact, I am dependant upon it. It is nearly full. I store all of my apps, roms, etc. in it, leaving all of the RAM open for program memory. Of course, it's just like having a small CF card. Seeing as it seems you plan on using a Wi-Fi CF card, it may be useful for you to have the extra 32 MB of ROM so that you can access those files while you use Wi-Fi. Worth $35? Eh, I've given you input on how I use it, I suppose you should make your own decision as to whether or not it is worth it monetarily.

The Bluetooth is basically For GPS With no wires and pairing your cell phone to your pda to exchange data or get internet access through GPRS

the only difference is 32 megabyes rom, launcher program, and bluetooth hardware. If you have the money, you might as well get an A620bt, but if you don't use bluetooth and money matters, just get an A620 with a decent sized cf card.
