This game is on the TI-89, all in assembly; and it beats a LOT of pocket pc games.
The PPC is strong and capable of doing many things, producers just don't work with enought love ( :P ), I mean, the games literally sucks on PPC.
Plus, C&C on the calc was made by only one guy, and I'm sure he's only 19.

It's not all assembler as suggested. I downloaded the source & there's three C source files one of which contains most of the graphics. It may be calling assembler (no time to look further) & if so it's hard to convert. If not it's just a case of someone evaluating & seeing if it's worth it. Sometimes it's better to start from scratch.
