I've heard them called WAPS (Wireless Access Points) and AP's.

In any case - that pocketwarrior site has been down for the last 2 days....

I've been using WiFiFoFum, and it's pretty nice....I'd like to see pocketwarrior, but I'll have to wait till they come back up...

Thanks

'WAP' is confusing as WAP is also the latest wireless encryption.

I can send you Pocket Warrior if you like. It's free. The thing I like about PW is that it's no-nonsense and all available information about the AP is in one big list. If only it expanded to 480x640 correctly. :(

WAP is wireless encryption now? Like, it's what comes after WEP?
WAP is a feeble attempt to enable users to access the internet on their cell phones to me.
