dvdXcopy could do that, but that was banned for retail... I'm sure that you could find it via e-bay or some other... method. There are others out there, I just don't know specifically what they are called.

for all your ripping needs . It has a lot of freeware/shareware/whatever tools in all kinds of sections (subtitles, DVD ripping, encoding/decoding, etc.).
