Searching for HP690 on google groups with date order gets the PDA mentioned about once a month. Not much in english but I think some are an HP printer.

Search for X30 gets 30 references per day.

I don't think it is good for you to go after the HP690 market. Rechargeable batteries degrade quite badly by the 1000 charge point, 3 years everyday, so things get cradle bound even if they are still used.

You would be better working on gameplay. I would think hack another network while defending the stolen gold on yours would really make it a cooler game.

Of course I'd be stopping the blaster worms with blasters from getting up my DCOM but I'm just a kid at heart. :D PS this lets you turn off DCOM and much more

There was a time when I'd be all.
Go do it on Linux maybe

But life is just too short. Get a PC version, Web Version, PocketPC version make it different and better than what is out there. Put affiliate ads up for anti-hack products. Make some money!!!

They are cool because like coding for PocketPC many PC elements mean you have an automatic bigger option. Linux has a bigger option from framebuffer code on X. Yopy runs X. Palms don't have a bigger personal computer equiv that I know of.

Linux also sits on you wireless network with FTP server, SAMBA, FTP, Telnet etc not just "clients". So you are not restriced to talking from it and can easily talk to it. That gives it a lasting appeal. But I seriously doubt its an option above personal use. Cheap 200Mhz CPU decent 128Mb memory.

The UK sites 200 quid is a lot less than the $449 dollars GMate are charging. Maybe the polish site is even cheaper but I can't read polish.
NO even without polish VAT 2,149.00 PLN Poland Zlotych = 586.875 USD. UK site must be trying to get rid of stock it is a few years old.

I can't see anything starting a Linux revolution. Linux is for tech people in a world where your customers can't set the video recorder.

Linux had a go Yopy was out in 2000, And the Agenda VR series was trying out the real low end. Neither made anything. Symbian does better which sais a lot.

Like I said an up to date HPC is a hole in the market. But going back years to the last HPC's isn't practical. :(

Actually to keep talking about PocketPC this being the place for that, I was looking through the keyboards and this one looked quite nice. I like what they're doing with the Landscape and arm for the IRDA.
