sound lag on pocket pc

hey all, i have a problem. i use dvd to pocket pc to convert dvd movies to fit on my pocket pc but some movies that i convert have a lag in the voice to video. the voices dont match the lips kind of thing. with the movie johnny english everything is perfect, but with tears of the sun the voice is off as well as in we were soldiers but not quite as bad with that one. any ideas on haw to fix this.

If it will play on betaplayer you can change the audio/video sync by going into options, settings and there is an option called "A/V offset +/-". Just put in a positive or negative number to change the sync.
