The one on the axim site is probably made by Jorlin from firstloox.org as well. Look at the thread I posted at the bottom and from page3 on.

If he asked you for money I would definitely let Jorlin know about what he's doing.

Btw, black BT icon means BT is not enabled. When you enable it, it becomes blue.
