Crosswind technique: "Using your peripheral vision, react to body movements, gasps, groans, and shouts from the other side of the cockpit, and always remember that it's better to be lucky than good."

Organic Superlube? Oh, it's great stuff, great stuff. You really have to keep an eye on it, though--it'll try and slide away from you the first chance it gets.

Okay...

Found the ROM on the HP site (SP23661) followed the set up instructions from your link.

Got the Ipaq into SERIAL mode

Connected it to the cradle

Ran the UpgradeUT.exe

It couldnt identify it - "error 116 Ipaq Identification Error" OR after performing a normal reset says "error 101 connection error"

Is there any way of directly addressing the Ipaq once it's in SERIAL mode - perhaps directly installing the "NK_Wisr111_00WWE_NBT.nbf" ROM image?

Did you get it into the Parrot bootloader mode?

Okay - we have some progress, the MTTY rom installer will map the device memory! But when I try to use the LNB command it tells me (in odd english) "this application only deal with absolutely image file". So what to do now, I do not know.

You can find a ROM on the internet somewhere that isn't an EXE. However, if you look around your computer, you should find the one extracted from the .exe file and copy it over manually. Don't ask me how you go about doing that, though...
