Agrivating SD Card Problem

Alot of card readers are just that, readers. Last time I tried to write to one of my CF cards using a card reader it corrupted the card completely and basically gave me a 512Mb junk file. You have to make sure that the reader you are using is a writer also, otherwise it simply wont let you do it, or corrupt your data.

Ok this is weird. After doing what I would describe as "absolutely nothing", my card is working fine.

What I think it was is that when I turned on my computer my PPC wasn't plugged in, so it didn't have a chance to tell my computer that it was using the SD card. If that is the case, then it may be that I don't have a problem with my cards or my PPC.

I am confused, but I hope it will keep working, even if I have to do this stupid procedure to use it.
