!PYROMANIA! beta released
<br>
Image<br>
Small beta version: some sound, trigger logic, NPCs, no enemies, no music (just hadn't chosen yet).
This is "technical" beta, I would be very happy to know on which devices it runs.
Have some fun

(682 kb)

P.S. You may redifine some keys in options menu )

Sorry for thouse who downloaded the beta for the first seconds, I gave wrong email address in the end - the right one is (bigben4000 at mail.ru) Already fixed in new version.

My 2210 says Pyr_0_5_x.exe is not a valid PPC app.

Thanks to all beta testers who send me emails, for pointing out me
some questions to look at:
I'll fix the ACT button bug for the next release.
I'll try to 'play with fire' to make it look more realistic.
I'll dig about running in TrueVGA (not in TrueVGA_640*480 of course, but
to make the game runnable in that mode(now it has some stylus issues).
Hope the next beta release will be not 'technical' but playable release
to show you the real gameplay, not only my BIZON -isometrical engine
itself.
I'll update my site.

Thanks for testing!

I meant to say does it actually run in the 'VS2005 Beta 2 Emulator' in non-vga?

I was hoping that the new emulator ran arm code instead of x86 code...

About emulators: to work with x86 emulators I need to rebuild the game with custom libs and support with custom dll.
The downloadable zip, I provided, works only on Arm/XScale devices.

Good news today: Many languages: English, Russian, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Swedish and many others now supported (however we have not decided yet what language localisations we'll do).

!PyroManiA! will support English, Cyrillic, and ISO Latin-1 (various accented characters and Western Europe letters ) attachable text files - with no need in big Unicode files!
