Anybody knows what's the matter with Digital Concepts ?

After buying Rocketelite Gold I sent them an email and got a quick reply. Then I asked a few more questions (about a week ago)and despite 3 reminders in the meantime (sent to support and to Doug Beck) I didn't get answer. They are praised here for excellent support, so I don't understand. Anybody knows ?

I haven't spoken to Doug in a while, but I haven't heard anything to suggest that he's not perfectly OK.
What problems are you having with RocketElite?

I asked him, amongst others, how I could get a pc version, because I understood from his site, that owners of the ppc version could get this too.
Besides that I had some problems because I got an old version from Clickgamer and asked him how to get the newer version. In the meantime I solved it, because with my customer data, I could download the new version directly from Digital Concepts.
