Watching DVDs and Movies with Pocket PC

Did anyone try ? Is it something worth buying?

Buying is for suckers.

1: download SmartRipper
2: rip movie onto HD
3: download Windows Media Player Classic
4: convert ripped vob's to .avi,mpg,whatever
5: download Windows Movie Maker
6: import converted avi's,etc into Movie Maker and combine it into one media file, quality depending on your movie (usually lenth is the key factor)


My method will probably definitley take longer and will be more effort, but it works

It's not quite that simple. If you don't use a correct bitrate then the playback will be choppy, and your filesize will be much larger than necessary.
