Pocket PC Phone that Plays Games?

Is there a pocket PC phone with the latest 650mhz arm processor that can play emulated games well/decent? I've seen the ipaq hw6700 but i believe it only has the 312mhz processor. I would even like to hear about other alternatives, like maybe an addon device to an existing good gaming pda (like the Dell x50v) Any info would be appreciated.
