Problem with Personal Ringtones in my O2 MINI XDA II

The problem is that i have set caller tunes and pictures via the photo contacts application which came installed in the O2. When i setup personal ringtones and photos at that moment it seem to work fine but then after some time i dont know what happens when somebody calls it just picks up the default ringotne which o2 comes with from the factory for that caller whom i have i set a personal ringtone. The photo is displayed without any problems but the ringtone always gets messed up.
I have also set a different default ringtone but that also does work when someone calls my 02 takes the default ringtone which it came with that .mid tone play even when i have setup a .wav tone has default.
Due to this i thought might be a software problem therefore then i updated the software to the latest version, but still the problem exists.
Sometime the right ringtone is played sometime not... when the right ringtone is not being played i then switch off the o2 and then restart it and that solves the problem for sometime but when the phone goes into power safe mode and a call comes then it gets messed up with the ringtones again it just ring in the default factory set .mid tone even when correctly displaying the picture of the caller but it somehow does not seem to correctly pick the ringtone???
I also upgraded the software, i mean to say i bought the Photo Contacts Pro from Handago.com but when i installed that also the same thing the photo is correctly picked up but the ringtone is not.
Can anyone Help???
