Window media player control for pocket pc

Recently, I want to develop a application that build-in window media control. I search article about window media player in ppc. There are 2 way to develop application. first change it skin. Second, using it at Internet explore.
Can anyone tell me "HOW TO" develop a application that embbed a window media control to my application?
Where is the .ocx the window media player control I can embed in?
